Mason Absher
Actor, Designer, Writer

Mason Absher is an internationally acclaimed actor, writer, director, and designer based out of the burgeoning metropolis that is Muncie, Indiana.
He was originally born in the humdrum factory town of Anderson, Indiana. He matriculated at the University of Indianapolis with a Baccalaureate Degree in Theatre and English. Not long after receiving his degree, Mason entered the realm of museum theatre combining his love of old, obscure, expensive things and an art form that manages to persist despite fires, plagues, and a seemingly perpetually precarious relationship with world leaders. Needless to say, Mason loves to leverage the power of story to be the thorn in the ointment, the fly in the side, and a ruminator of both the profound and silly.
Mason also spent several years residing in the glorious city of Chicago. He still takes every possible opportunity to work and/or play in the sprawling urban meadows surrounding the former Fort Dearborn. After Chicago, Mason returned to Indiana like the majestic salmon to procreate.
Today, he continues to make theatre, tell stories, and educate the theatre-makers of tomorrow.
